The thermal management model developed by the Taixin team in just three years The group has applied for more than 10 invention patents, breaking the new situation of long-term monopoly by overseas companies, and has cooperated with domestic high-tech companies such as Lenovo/Jingdong Tech/XINCHAN/Tsinghua Tongfang/Tencent/Nettrix/Ctyun, etc. and Supermicro AMD, a foreign high-end chip CPU manufacturer, signed an NDA cooperation confidentiality agreement and new product development, and also provided efficient thermal management solutions for cloud smart technology chips at home and abroad.
The main product categories of TCC are as follows.
1. High-speed computing server and AI cooling system.
2. New energy battery/IGBT/energy storage thermal management system.
3. Thermal management system for auto-driving computer.
Our main products are different from the traditional heat pipe (copper tube) heat sink module design, the design used is based on the main body of the heat siphon (Loop thermalsyphon) with all aluminum vacuum welding as the main process technology, so that the product can be more lightweight and have a higher strength, a wider range of applications, using fewer power devices to promote the heat cycle. The goal of our team is to create a new generation of energy-saving and carbon-reducing high-efficiency thermal management products, and to contribute to the process of replacing domestic production in the supply chain of high-tech industries through the cooperation of our compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan.
